1) Can we customize surface treatments of the product?
Yes, we can make surface treatments according to your request, like PVD,stone wash,etc.

2) Can we customize logo?
We prefer KAIMEI logo. But customer's LOGO is available.

3) What's you nomal packaging? Can we customize packaging?
Dozen packaging is our normal packaging,1 pc in a poly bag, 12pcs in a white inner box, 10-50 boxes in a master carton.
Yes, we accept customize packaging.

4) How can I get some samples?
We are glad to offer you some free samples for our own model, but if you need ODM, we will get the cost of the hand sample. If you have paid deposit for the order, free sample will offered.

5) After placing an order, when will my goods be deliveried?
It depends on the order amount. Usually, 7-15 days for OEM order in 3000pcs. If for OEM order, it will be 40-60 days.

6) Do you accept OEM/ODM?
Yes, we welcome OEM/ODM order.

7) What is your shipping way?

8) How do you control the quality?
We will make samples before mass production, and after sample approved, we will begin mass production. Doing 100% inspection during production; then do random inspection before packing; taking pictures after packing.
